🚨 WE ARE HIRING – SENIOR EXECUTIVE (SALES & MARKETING)
Oceanpick, located on the East Coast of Sri Lanka, operates the only offshore fish farm in South Asia and is one of the largest in the region. As a BOI-approved, export-oriented company with over 10 years of successful operations, we are expanding our team.
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven professional to join us as a Senior Executive – Sales & Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Identify new business opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships
• Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotional activities
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and ensure achievement of KPIs
• Manage trade receivables and monitor accounts receivable aging
• Support go-to-market activities including product launches and marketing materials

Requirements:
• Part qualification in CIM/SLIM or equivalent from a recognized institute
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Sinhala
• Proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel skills will be an advantage)
• Strong negotiation and PR skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player
• Valid driving license
