looking for an Assistant Manager Marketing – Global Brands to help shape how
Oceanpick shows up in the world.

You will:- Own end-to-end brand thinking, not just execution
- Work directly with the Founder and senior brand
partners
- Help define modern seafood and ready-to-heat
categories.
- Turn sustainability and provenance into real brand
value.
- Influence strategy, innovation, storytelling, and
go-to-market.
This role offers
breadth, influence, and speed of impact rarely available at this level.
What you’ll be
responsible for:
Global Brand
Leadership- Shape and evolve Oceanpick’s global brand positioning,
architecture, and tone.
- Act as brand guardian across products, markets, and
channels
Innovation &
Category Development- Drive the innovation pipeline with product,
operations, and sustainability teams.
- Translate consumer insight and cultural trends into
market-ready ideas.
Digital, Content
& Community- Oversee digital strategy, content calendars, and
creator partnerships.
- Use performance data to continuously refine
storytelling and impact.
Go-to-Market &
Retailer Readiness- Lead Retailer sell-in decks, category narratives, and
sustainability stories.
- Support launches and key export markets (EU, UK, and
beyond)
Cross-Functional
Leadership- Integrate marketing across operations, exports,
sustainability, sales, and agencies.
- Bring clarity, prioritization, and momentum to complex
projects.
Who this role is for:
This role is not for
passive executors or narrow specialists.
You’re likely
someone who:- Has 4–10 years’ experience in marketing, brand,
digital, or innovation
- Comes from FMCG, food & beverage, wellness, D2C,
or strong brand agencies
- Is comfortable working with ambiguity and building
structure where none exists
- Has strong brand taste, strategic thinking, and
execution discipline
- Chooses impact and ownership over rigid hierarchy
- Export or multi-market experience is a strong plus.
