As we continue to expand as a dynamic and forward-thinking organization, we are currently seeking a Senior Executive – Logistics to fortify and elevate our international supply chain.

This key role involves overseeing end-to-end logistics operations — ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery while collaborating across departments to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement logistics strategies for timely exports.

•Select and manage freight partners to optimize cost and delivery schedules.

•Prepare accurate export documentation and ensure compliance with international regulations.

•Monitor customer inventory levels and coordinate initiative-taking restocking.

•Collaborate with sales and production teams for demand forecasting and shipment planning.

•Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvement.

•Track and analyse logistics KPIs to drive performance.

•Manage freight claims and customer queries professionally and promptly.

•Coordinate packing material availability for uninterrupted dispatch operations

•Consult with Sri Lanka Customs regarding TIEP scheme matters.

🎯 Candidate Profile

•Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

•2–3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations (export background preferred)

•Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and export documentation

•Proficiency in logistics software, inventory systems, and Microsoft Office

•Sharp analytical skills and keen diligence

•Effective communicator with strong people skills to collaborate across global teams.
